This policy explains how the String Match website handles information. It covers the tennis string and racquet finders, the newsletter link, and Google AdSense setup.
Finders and the string log
Your answers in the string and racquet finders are processed in your browser to show recommendations. The site does not submit or store those answers. The tennis string log saves setup records in your browser's local storage on this device; these records are not sent to our server. Clearing this site's browser data or switching devices can remove them.
Newsletter sign-up
The newsletter button takes you to Kit. If you subscribe there, Kit receives the information you enter and manages the mailing list. That information is submitted to Kit, not to the finders on this site. Read Kit's privacy policy.
Google AdSense, cookies, and advertising
AdSense review is in progress, and this site is not currently displaying ads. If Google approves the site and ads are enabled, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies or similar technologies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to serve, personalize, and measure ads. Third parties may place or read cookies in your browser as a result of ad serving.

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and tennis photographs from Unsplash. Your browser sends a request to those providers to load their content, and they may receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser details. The site also links to Kit and Tennis Warehouse. When you visit another service, that service's privacy policy applies.
